Instructions:
Activity 2-1. Integrated Dynamic Movement is the fourth step in the corrective exercise
continuum. It involves the integration of dynamic total-body exercises to increase the
functional capacity of the human movement system. The students will instruct their lab
partner in the proper technique using appropriate sets, reps, and tempo for integrated
dynamic movement including the squat to overhead press, step-up to overhead press, SL
Romanian dead lift with overhead press, lunge to overhead press, single leg squat and
squat to row. The student will write a summary of how they felt following the exercise as
well as why they think this type of exercise is important.
