*I define racism as prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior, the belief that all members of each race posses characteristics or abilities specific to that race, so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races yes i think power and oppression should be a part of our definition of racism because oppression is a prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control, subject to a burdensome or harsh exercise of authority or power, in the Unites States there are many forms if (often) interlocking oppressions, racism, sexism, power has a lot to do with racism.
So many Americans are unwilling to vote i think Registration takes work in many countries being registered to vote is automatic, easier registration could mean more voting, education data show that the single biggest predictor of whether someone will vote, two parties may not be enough, the United States has two main political parties, Republican and Democrat, other political parties exist,i think who your friends are can affect whether you vote or not some people just don’t care about politics, the changes i would recommend to increase voter turnout in my community would be by simplifying registration, simplifying the ballot, uniform voting hours, fine non-voters that’s just to name a few some people think their vote can’t make a difference in the way government is run.WK9
I feel like religion does bring people together and also create space, if your in your religion, it probably brings people together, it’s like being in any other group- company, committees, gaming groups, religion is nothing but a way of life, it helps people to be kind to each other and focus on being good, that’s the whole and soul of any religion, but unfortunately now it has become a tool by means if which hatred is widespread all said, i believe that a person who follows any religion would not cause for any discrimination or would allow any divisions among follow human beings, a person who has a sold mind and soul would never do that, but in today’s world we know that kind of person is very rare.WK8

(MY ORG. POST ) Ethics is the major accounting problem being challenged in the case facing Linbarger Company. Ethics includes loyalty and honesty. Due to the fear of failure to meet the target by the end of the month, Lisa Infante wants me to leave open the ledger book for an extra day which against ethics. The aim is to wait for the $150, 000 to fulfill the target, which is $200,000. If I fail to do as he says, we will be closed down and both of us lose our jobs. On the other hand, if I do as he says we are safe. However this act will be against ethics, it is a fraudulent activity. Therefore, it is evident that honesty, which is one of the requirements of ethics is being tested. Will the company operate under ethics or will it break the rules for its own gain? Nevertheless, are loyal to ourselves only or to our clients, the insurance company?
